Maps Plan
Google Maps concept · clickable prototypeOne sentence — "market, pharmacy, coffee with Sam, home by 5" — becomes an ordered, timed plan that re-plans itself when a shop closes early.
Open the prototypeI take fuzzy problems from 0→1, run sharp experiments, and ship things that people actually keep using.
The early stage where the problem is still fuzzy, three teams disagree, and someone needs to find the thread that turns ambiguity into a plan. That's the work I love.
My approach is evidence first but never analysis-paralysis: talk to users, instrument the funnel, ship a thin slice, and let reality grade the roadmap. I care as much about how a thing feels as whether the metric moves.
Before product I worked in engineering and analytics, so I'm fluent with the people who build and the data that decides.
Lead Product Owner and Business Process Re-engineer for the Perm platform team, taking it from concept to org-wide. Own the end to end activation roadmap - from discovery and alignment through PRDs, strategy, APIs and solution architecture.
Established core product features & flows for the mobile and web app teams, along with data pipelines and system architecture. Partnered with engineering on cross platform implementation & feasibility. Guided the transition from Firebase to AWS RDS to support greater scalability & performance.
Owned the entire product from concept to execution, conducted extensive market research and requirements elicitation to define the product vision, then developed the initial MVP prototype to pitch, present and win at various events, securing funding. Represented the company at the World Expo and gained recognition by the BPDC Hi2 Incubator and Dubai SME. — the experience that pulled me toward product.
Built Tableau dashboards & data visualizations to surface key business insights for stakeholders. Created a centralized relational database for 4M+ property records, streamlining access & decision making across teams. Analyzed 1M+ property insurance records to inform claims strategy & reduce risk. Delivered the company's first self serve reporting pipelines & dashboards.
Engineered a tweets dataset via the Twitter API, applying filtering and preprocessing logic to isolate relevant data, & built an automated sentiment analysis based retraining pipeline, ingesting tweets on a rolling 24 hour window across 5 valuation methodologies to maintain model accuracy. Executed test cases against business requirements & achieved a 95% pass rate.
A product toolkit built across discovery, delivery, and growth — equally comfortable in a user interview and a query editor.
Turning user interviews, support signals, and behavior into problems worth solving — then designing clean tests with one clear metric and the discipline to call them.
Sequencing bets so the highest-leverage work ships first — and getting eng, design, and GTM rowing together without losing momentum or trust.
Pulling the numbers myself and scoping trade-offs with engineering instead of around them — plus sketching flows in Figma to pressure-test the feel before a line of code.
Past product work, three case studies walked end to end, and the side projects I tinker with on weekends.

Open the prototypeA softPOS product that turns a merchant's own phone into a card terminal — customers tap a contactless card on the handset, no hardware, no rental.
Open the prototypePuts an owner's car on the Robotaxi network for a defined shift — they set a range floor and a curfew the fleet never crosses, then watch the evening's rides and fares land live.
Open the prototypeA 0→1 internal analytics platform that ended the spreadsheet wars and got 6 teams trusting one funnel.
Walk through itReworked mobile onboarding around a 30-second first win, lifting day-1 activation 38% and cutting support load.
Walk through itReframed silent payment failures as a product problem; smart retries + transparency cut the failure rate from 3.1% to 1.2%.
Walk through itScraped delivery-app reviews and trained a sentiment classifier that sorts them into praise, gripe, and noise — then surfaces the phrases driving each bucket.
Open in GitHubA small fleet of Claude-powered agents built on OpenClaw — one drafts PRDs from messy notes, one reviews them, and a third grades the output against a rubric.
Open in GitHubA hand-built, no-framework portfolio with scroll-driven case walkthroughs and a theming layer.
I'm open to new roles and always happy to trade notes on 0→1, strategy, or making data trustworthy.
